Grace is a yoga teacher from Edinburgh. Grace started practicing yoga 6 years ago during her degree when she struggled with stress due to her busy lifestyle. Yoga transformed Grace’s perception of the world and encouraged her to make needed changes . Yoga helped Grace to be more in tune with her body and emotions. Grace became a yoga teacher as it is her passion and she wanted to share yoga and its many benefits with others. Grace wants to make yoga more accessible to people, using her in depth knowledge of the body and anatomy.
