Vinyasa Yoga with Grace
Vinyasa yoga is a modern style of yoga that is dynamic and creative. During a vinyasa yoga class you will flow between the poses, with breath, only holding each pose for a short period of time. Its unique nature means that no two classes are the same and classes can be adjusted to suit the abilities of the students.
Grace’s Vinyasa yoga classes are designed to open the body whilst building strength and balance. Grace creates flowing sequences that build throughout the class, often ending with a peak pose. Grace is a bright, energetic person and this is reflected in her classes which are creative, dynamic and help you to connect with your body and the present.
